Having worked with Jim for over 2 decades, I can attest to his remarkable and wide ranging personal and musical abilities. He easily adapts to genres from Gregorian Chant to Classical, from traditional hymns to contemporary praise and worship songs and from pop to rock. Jim is comfortable performing as a soloist, as an accompanist, as part of professional ensembles and as a leader of volunteer musicians. He is a talented composer and also skilled at improvisation.
In leadership roles, Jim's kindness, humility and servant leader style brings out the best in others. I was also a piano student of his for a few years and can attest to his ability to help others develop their music skills.
